GRIEF AND LOSS

GRIEF AND LOSS

This is a topic that I like to check on my own feelings. We all have our own feelings related to our own loss. So, I try to meditate and take 5 minutes to rest before the session starts. But this is also one of the most powerful sessions I have had where the healing brings so many positive changes.
Healing conversation starters:

Before I start the grief and loss activities, I try to have
conversations about grief and how it is perceived by the patient, their family,
society, and culture. Rather than trying to change their viewpoint, I
acknowledge them and use their perception to help them move forward with their
grief.

Grief and Loss activities and workbook:
I usually have my favorite activities that I enjoy doing
during the session. However, grief comes in different forms, shapes, colors, and the list goes on. So, I try to have tons of websites with free worksheets saved
on my computer so that I can utilize them.
